About

Thank you for your patience! This nigori sake goes on sale each year from November. It is an unusual nama genshu (unpasteurized, undiluted sake) that we brew first in our brewing season, at the very start of the year. The lightly effervescent sparkle, fresh aroma, and sweetness typical of namazake give it a vividness unlike any other. Please savor it at its freshest, just after pressing. Its sweet palate also makes it popular with women. Shipments are limited to the period from autumn through spring. Because it is a high-concentration genshu, a highball made 1:1 with soda water is truly the best. Please give it a try.
