About

Sadaijin Junmai sake is brewed by Otone Shuzo, a small brewery at the foot of Oze, nestled among the mountains of Okutone (奥利根). Brewed with underground water (fukuryusui) from the Oze foothills and carefully selected locally grown Gunma sake rice, it is polished and fermented slowly at low temperature over a long period. Rich and full-bodied, with depth and body, its gentle aroma and moderate sweetness make it an ideal companion to meals. Chilled is of course lovely, but warming it (kan) to enjoy its pleasant lingering finish is also appealing.
