About

A daiginjo representative of the brewery, made with 100% Yamada Nishiki grown in the Special A district of Hyogo Prefecture. Since its release in 1979, it has remained beloved for over 40 years without change. Brewed with soft water low in iron, it is an ambitious work that aims to be Japan's answer to the legendary French Burgundies Romanée-Conti and Montrachet. A pleasant, fruity aroma opens up, and a clean, refreshing flavor sweeps across the palate, leaving a satisfying impression. This is one of the sakes that established the tradition of drinking daiginjo chilled, and it is recommended to be served cold. Awarded the Platinum Medal, the highest gold award, at the World Wine Championships.
