As a ginjo at 55% polishing, the description's refined aroma and 'rich' (芳醇) character point to moderate aroma and body. SMV +2, acidity 1.5 and the stated slightly dry (やや辛口) profile keep sweetness low.

About

The first generation of the Chichibunishiki family obtained permission from the royal household (王家) to open a branch in Chichibu, and named the shop Masuya Rihei. The single-minded pursuit of delicious sake has been carried on unchanged for more than 250 years, up to the present day. The "true sake" (真の酒) handed down from the first generation. This sake, in which the skill of tradition shines through, is an ultimate ginjo sake. A refined aroma and umami blend beautifully as they spread across the palate. ■Ingredients: domestic rice, domestic rice koji, brewing alcohol ■Rice polishing ratio: 55% ■1800 ml ■Slightly dry ■Serve chilled, at room temperature, or warmed to lukewarm Serving it chilled brings out the distinctive character of ginjo, and is recommended.
