About

The brewing water is underground water (fukuryusui) from the Akashi mountain range (Akashi Sanmyaku), the same source as Tsuzurabuchi, which was selected as one of the 100 Famous Waters of the Heisei Era. A gentle, soft-water character that brings out the natural umami of the rice. The label design features the swaying tassels (fusa) of a taikodai (festival float) from Niihama. Serving chilled is recommended both as an aperitif and with meals.
