About

This Doburoku (rustic, unfiltered sake) is now ready. To make it easier to enjoy in summer, the alcohol content has been set at 14%, and it is finished to be refreshing and crisp. It is the moromi of a sake version of "Junmai Daiginjo." This year, too, to make opening easier, we have also produced a version filled 500 ml into 720 ml bottles. This sake is fierce by nature, so please handle it with great care. Instructions for opening are shown on a neck tag on the bottle.
