A fresh junmai ginjo nama genshu at 55% polishing gives a lively, fruity aroma. Low acidity (1.2) and SMV +4 create a soft, gently sweet impression with a round texture that still finishes crisply, placing it in the aromatic-light kun type.

About

The third release of this brewing year's freshly pressed new sake. Its plump, rounded body recalls the Le Lectier pear (a pear variety grown in Niigata), with a lively, bursting freshness. Its refined sweetness finishes cleanly. This is a freshly pressed nama genshu (unpasteurized, undiluted sake). Please serve well chilled and keep refrigerated. Made with 100% Koshitanrei rice grown in Oku-Aga, Niigata. Potari Potari <Koshitanrei> and its sister label Potari Potari <Gohyakumangoku>, released from the brewery in November, are freshly pressed Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu that let you taste the difference the rice makes. Both rice varieties were developed in Niigata and are grown by local farmers and kurabito (brewery workers). Recommended serving temperature ◎: 10℃
