About

The rice is locally grown Gohyakumangoku from the Nechi Valley, together with Koshitanrei. The yeast is mainly G9, developed by the Niigata Prefectural Brewing Research Institute. G9 yeast gives a mild aroma and flavor, so the sake never gets tiresome to drink.
