About

Sakuka Ichirin is a richly aromatic Daiginjo carefully crafted from Yamada Nishiki, the sake rice best suited to brewing. The rice is grown in Yokawa-cho in the Special A district and milled to a high polishing ratio. It invites you into the "world of elegance" that is achieved only by combining the finest ingredients with traditional craftsmanship. At the 1st International Wine Challenge, which added a SAKE category that year, it received the Best of Class award and a Gold Medal in the Ginjo and Daiginjo category.
