About

This is the bag-pressed (fukurodori) version of the sake released as Tsuchida Kimoto Betsu-atsurae. Compared with the Tsuchida Kimoto Betsu-atsurae made from the same moromi, the No. 5 and No. 10 are completely different in character. The bag-pressed version has a very refined, elegant flavor that comes from fukurodori. The sweetness is high quality and gentle. The flavor is delicate yet has depth. Recommended dishes include amaebi (sweet shrimp) sashimi, salmon and avocado carpaccio, and vinegared octopus (sudako).
