Made as the Shin Tsuchida version of 'Tsuchida K', a sake in which part of the brewing water is replaced with sake. Genshu (undiluted sake) of Shin Tsuchida was added to the moromi (fermentation mash) during fermentation. It pairs surprisingly well with chicken, and also with cakes, making use of its sweetness.
