About
This is a competition-entry Daiginjo (kanpyokai shuppin-yo daiginjo-shu), a sake that has won many awards over the years at sake competitions (kanpyokai), which are said to be one of the guideposts for confirming the technical skill of sake brewing. Its vivid aroma and smooth, rich umami have earned the continued support of many sake lovers, including local ryotei (traditional high-end restaurants) and restaurants. Even today, after the title of Annual Japan Sake Awards entry sake passed to a Junmai Daiginjo, its popularity remains undiminished. It is the finest of our brewery's products.
