About

Since it was first released more than half a century ago as the dry version of "Inasato Shusen," this futsushu (ordinary table-grade sake) has been enjoyed as an everyday taste of Ibaraki, where our brewery is located. It has earned the continued support of restaurants and other food service establishments as well as many devoted drinkers. "The taste we aim for" and "a price that is gentle on the wallet" have been pursued from the rice-growing stage onward. Our "dryness that is not too harsh" lets the savor of the rice come through. It can be enjoyed chilled or warmed, has the depth to pair with any meal, and offers a satisfying body that never tires the palate. It is a local bestseller beloved by those who enjoy a good drink.
