About

Ideal for warming. Brewed with the traditional techniques passed down since Kamotsuru's founding, this is the mainstream sake of the brand. Using only carefully selected sake rice grown in the rich nature of Hiroshima Prefecture, the rice was patiently polished and slowly brewed with fukuryusui (groundwater that flows beneath a riverbed). With a rounded aroma, deep richness and full umami, this Tokubetsu Honjozo is an expression of the mainstream Kamotsuru style. Please savor it.
