About

Because our otsurui shochu (Category B shochu) is added as part of the raw materials, this sake cannot be labeled "Daiginjo" under the definition of tokutei meisho-shu (specified-designation sake). Compared with Chotokusen, it has a stronger sense of concentrated flavor, and its taste is best described as kyoko (firm and robust). It is among the most expressive sake in the Koshinokambai lineup. *Available only as a limited release around Obon and the year-end season.

A daiginjo sake made with otsurui shochu (Category B shochu).
