SMV -6 and the text's emphasis on the strongest sweetness and Mizuho Ogon umami point to a restrained aroma with a sweet, rich profile. Nama and origarami texture plus acidity of 1.6 add fullness, while the stated transparency keeps it clean.

About

Magokoro, true sincerity of heart, good faith, honesty and utmost sincerity. Through Reigo, we hope to share with you the attitude and spirit with which we approach sake brewing. The highest acidity in the Tenmei series, the greatest sweetness, and the umami of the Mizuhokogane table rice. While carefully balancing these elements, we aim to express the clarity characteristic of Tenmei. Reigo is made from several brewing batches, each with its own role: acid, umami, and sweetness. Once all of these are assembled, we taste the blend and determine the most suitable ratio.
