About

Yamahai (a traditional yeast-starter method) sake on the market is generally enjoyed warmed (kan). However, many people around me, including myself, find its matured, aged (oineta) aroma and the sharp, nose-prickling alcohol sensation hard to enjoy. For that reason, we deliberately brewed this sake under the theme of a fresh yamahai to be enjoyed chilled.
