About

Marking 330 years since its founding in 1681 (the first year of the Tenna era), the brewery has added a Ginjo Namachozo to the Yoshidaya Jisuke series. The series is named after the family's trade name, Yoshidaya, and the name Jisuke of the company's first president. Made entirely with Miyama Nishiki rice grown in Nagano Prefecture and brewed with natural subterranean water from the Asama mountain range, this Ginjo Namachozo is unpasteurized and stored before bottling.
