About

Our goal was to create a truly great sake that transcends the conventional framework of Japanese sake, and we have worked on its development since 1999. However, the name Myoka Rankyoku is granted only in a year when the sake reaches the highest standard set by our brewery. It combines elegance with complexity, and it is more powerful, reaching completion through a longer period of aging. It is an outstanding sake for pairing with food. We hope you will enjoy it to your heart's content.
