About

The Iwanoi i240 series is a renewal of the Iwanoi Red Label series, which varied the rice used. It is now a Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu that is also unfiltered (muroka). The powerful fermentation made possible by Iwanoi's signature ultra-hard water brewing gives this sake a distinct sense of effervescence.
