About

Made from 100% Yume Sansui sake rice contract-grown in the Okumikawa area, with hand-made koji and the brewery's own fine-grained moromi (fermentation mash) management, this sake was born. It is a junmai ginjo with a thick, viscous texture (toromi) and an aroma unlike any experienced before, with an alcohol content of 18% or higher. We invite you to fully enjoy the brewery's proud creation. Yume Sansui 100% Hatsushibori (first pressing of the year) Oku “Nama” is released as a limited first run to celebrate the new sake (namazake) pressed for the first time this year. This is a sake that captures the feeling of the season.
