About

Made with 100% Yume Sansui sake rice, contracted and grown in Okumikawa, this sake is the product of hand-made koji and the brewery's own meticulous moromi management. With an alcohol content of 18% or higher, this junmai ginjo sake has a thick, viscous texture (toromi) and a fragrant aroma unlike anything experienced before. The brewery's proud creation is offered for you to enjoy to your heart's content. The "Juku" in this release means the sake has been matured for more than one year after its first pasteurization (hiire), during which its depth and richness have increased.
