Oku — Yamazaki Goshi, Aichi

We wanted a sake with a vivid, flowery aroma and as much richness as possible. Achieving both is extremely difficult, almost a dream, but after years of research that dream has finally come true.

About

Made with 100% Yume Sansui, a sake rice grown under contract in Okumikawa, Aichi Prefecture, this sake was created through hand-made koji production and the brewery's own meticulous moromi (fermentation mash) management. At 18% alcohol or higher, it is a junmai ginjo sake with a "toromi" (thick, velvety texture) and a fragrant aroma, a texture unlike any tasted before. We invite you to savor this confident creation of our brewery to your heart's content. The "nama" in the name refers to a shiboritate honnama (unpasteurized) sake, which has a fruity aroma.
