The text describes a deep, fragrant aroma with a firm, smooth body and a clean finish, and the five-year aging supports a juku profile. SMV +4 and no sweetness cues point to a fairly dry impression.

About

Made with Yamada Nishiki grown under contract in the Special A district of Hyogo Prefecture, this junmai daiginjo is a blend of two junmai daiginjo sakes, one polished to a rice polishing ratio of 20% and one polished to 35%. It was aged for about five years at -10°C. It has a deep, rich and fine aroma, along with a firm structure and a moist, smooth palate. The finish cuts cleanly, like a well-forged blade, making it a truly excellent sake. The bottle is designed as a trophy honoring a winner in life (only one = 1 L). Handmade and heavy, its pale golden color glows. Athletes active around the world, along with many others, have chosen this sake to celebrate the fulfillment of their prayers and as a sake for offering prayers.
