About

Pursuing the ultimate in Tanrei (light, clean) character, this is a super-dry daiginjo with outstanding freshness on the palate, smooth throat feel, and a clean finish. The flavor spreads across the mouth with a thunderous burst and then glides down the throat and fades away cleanly. Likening this sensation to lightning (ikazuchi), it was named Shunrai, meaning spring thunder.
