About

Funade Arabashiri is an origarami (sake bottled with lees stirred back in) nama genshu, bottled quickly from fresh, undiluted sake dripping from the funaguchi (spout of the traditional fune press), before the lees are removed. It has a fresh, distinctive flavor and a striking presence, with the umami of rice concentrated within it. This is a taste that was once only possible to enjoy at the brewery itself. We invite you to feel the vitality of the brewery during the height of kanzukuri (the winter brewing season). Release period: February
