About

Although it is a honjozo, like junmai sake it is stored at -5°C in hyoon chozo (ice-temperature storage) to ensure thorough quality control. With an exceptionally crisp finish and a smooth, never-tiring character, it can be enjoyed in any style, from chilled sake to warmed sake (kan). For warmed sake, we recommend atsukan (hot warmed sake) at around 70°C.
